This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on EinFilingTax.com, operated by KAYOOF LLC.
1. Our Service Fee
Our fee pays for application preparation, compliance review, filing with the IRS as your Third Party Designee, and customer support. It is separate from anything charged by the IRS. You may apply for an EIN directly with the IRS for free at IRS.gov.
2. Fees Are Non-Refundable
Once payment is complete, all fees are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms and Conditions. Work on your application begins as soon as your order is received.
3. Free Re-Filing If Your Application Is Rejected
If the IRS rejects or delays your application, we will correct and re-file it at no additional cost, and keep supporting you until your EIN is issued.
4. Refunds for Our Errors
If a rejection is caused by a mistake made by our staff, we may, at our discretion, offer a full or partial refund.
5. When Refunds Do Not Apply
- Incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the customer.
- Duplicate orders placed by the customer.
- Delays caused by the IRS or by failure to respond to our requests for information.
- A change of mind after payment.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most issues are resolved quickly through support.
